Our client went through a recent acquisition and wanted to celebrate “end of Xilinx” in Ireland. We had to drum up an event for 650 people to come together and celebrate all the great memories and success of Xilinx.

Our role: We took over EPIC and planned a Berlin theme nightclub for all Xilinx employees to come and enjoy. We managed the event from ideation stage through to final execution.
